Patrol Monitoring

At Securarm, we make use of the Mag-Touch System to ensure patrols are conducted on our client premises. Any fees quoted for includes maintenance, monitoring, lightning insurance as well as the presentation of weekly printed reports (On Request). In addition we install a radio based guard reporter from which a signal is transmitted every 30 minutes during non-working hours.

Armed Response/Alarm Monitoring

A registered Alarm Monitoring and Armed response service is available in Ekurhuleni including Benoni, Boksburg, Brakpan and Bapsfontein with excellent technical support. The system employed is a modern application with an automated system which we call NOTI-SIM (Notification SMS Information Message). The technical support includes installation of alarms, Closed Circuit Television, electric gates and security hardware.

Emergency Paramedic Response NEW!!!

At your request we provide for qualified paramedic response in the case of onsite injuries in rapid time. We are affiliated to Excalmed and Europ Assist who are registered providers for emergency medical assistance country-wide.

Security Officers

All Security Officers employed by Securarm Security are registered with the Security Industry Regulating Authority in Pretoria. All guards employed have the relevant training and working experience and are carefully screened prior to employment. Upon the request of our client we supply a copy of all S.I.R.A. registration certificates for the clients’ records. Securarm personnel and your own employees can be periodically polygraphed at your request. (We use Independent Truth Verification –as our present supplier)

BI Annual Security Test of Proficiency (T.O.P.)

Securarm Security staff is subject to an on-job performance assessment twice per year. Should a Securarm member fail to meet the test criteria he/she is removed from site or scheduled for refresher training in appropriate skills?

Service Support

Securarm Management is always available, day and night, seven days a week. The management style adopted by the Company is that of ‘coal face’ participation. Technical support is also available on weekends.

Criminal Activity Verificatition

This service offers customers fingerprint verification direct to the SAPS data base and response is usually within 48 hours. The use here is made of Biometric technology and printing takes five minutes.
