Definitions
‘Theft’ - The misappropriation of funds or any other Company Resource. (Schedule 1 Offence)
‘Fraud’ - The misuse, abuse, misallocation, of any Company funds, equipment, time, personnel etc. for personnel use, gain or enrichment. (Schedule 1 Offence)
‘Corruption’ - The engagement in any illegal, inappropriate, misleading, deceitful or otherwise harmful act. This will include the giving or taking of a bribe in any form. The earning of any remuneration, other than that authorised by the owners of the Company. The use of Company owned or sponsored transport for private use or gain. (Anti Corruption Act)
