Old Fashioned Values

First founded in 1987 as Security and Risk Management, the Company was primarily a consultancy rendering services as a third party provider to National Key Points, banking organisations and mininghouses. This service included training, covert investigations, electronic counter surveillance, risk consultancy and the site risk management of one of the largest international fast moving consumer goods manufacturers (FMCG) on the continent. In 1999 we decided to enter the market as a security manpower and technical support service utilising the experience gained over the last thirteen years. More recently we have extended operations into the commercial and industrial armed response, alarm monitoring and installation spheres as supplementary to our asset protection services. The Company is wholly committed to attaining employment equity and our operational policies reflect this.

The Company continually strives to augment our services with ever an growing diversity of product. Our main objective is to provide our client base with complimentary security services to minimize the turn around time on implementing procedures and to facilitate turnkey solutions. We have improved our follow on case protocols to include a full range of investigative tools from basic biometric fingerprint verification to handwriting analysis. Even DNA investigations are now possible. In the formation of working partnerships we now offer rapid paramedic response in the southern Ekurhuleni Metropolis and a nation wide medical assist programme.
Most recently Securarm Security has developed an Agric Defense unit in partnership with a number of farmers which includes armed vehicle patrols, automated SMS alerts on critical points, chicken house temperature monitoring and site specific protection personnel.
